Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Jordan Road Solutions LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Services

Jordan Road Solutions LLC provides a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement agreed upon by both parties.

2. Client Obligations

To enable us to perform our obligations, the Client shall cooperate with us and provide any information, access to accounts (e.g., website backend, ad platforms), and content required for the provision of services in a timely manner. The Client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all materials provided to us.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services will be governed by the terms specified in the SOW or invoice. Services are typically billed on a monthly retainer basis, payable in advance. Late payments may result in a suspension of services and/or incur late fees. All payments made to us are non-refundable.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information, including business strategies, client data, and performance metrics, strictly confidential. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of our service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The Client retains all intellectual property rights to the content they provide to us. Any marketing materials, ad copy, or creative content developed by Jordan Road Solutions LLC specifically for the Client as part of the services shall become the property of the Client upon full payment for the services rendered. We retain the right to use case studies of our work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Jordan Road Solutions LLC strives to provide the highest quality services, we do not guarantee specific results, such as search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue increases. The digital marketing landscape is constantly changing, and outcomes are subject to factors beyond our direct control. In no event shall Jordan Road Solutions LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice, typically 30 days, as specified in the SOW. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jordan Road Solutions LLC is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Jordan Road Solutions LLC website.
